I have technical issues with the website or lobby bots.

If you have experienced an issue with the platform resulting in lobby not starting properly, or the website not properly accounting for matches in some way, please write a bug report to support@reach.gg. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible, including your username, a link to the match (if it was scored), the time the issue occurred, and the bot that was assigned to creating your lobby if you know it.

I have billing concerns with my Reach or Dotabuff Plus subscription.

Please email support@reach.gg with “Billing” in the subject line, and we’ll do our best to assist you in any way we can.

I have won a prize and have a question about payment.

You will be contacted via your provided email address if you’ve won a prize in Reach. Please ensure upon winning that you fill out all of the personal details in the “Account and Billing” page as soon as possible so that we know how to contact you to provide next steps for prizing. If you haven’t received correspondence from an ESL representative within 30 days of filling in your personal details, please contact us at support@reach.gg and we’ll help you as soon as we can.

Feel free to email support@reach.gg with general inquiries, or tweet at us at @PlayReach. We’ll respond as quickly as we can. We also have a community Discord server where you can provide feedback. We don’t guarantee responses from staff in Discord, but will check in frequently to collect issues and address community feedback.
